Terms and Conditions 99mb – Official Platform Guidelines

1 Member Eligibility

The 99mb platform is open to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. We take our responsibility seriously to ensure that only eligible players use this platform.

• Age: Players must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Age verification will be carried out through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Location: This platform is intended for players accessing from Malaysia. The use of VPNs or similar software to conceal your actual location is prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: Players must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Non-Staff: Staff, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of 99mb employees are not permitted to open a player account.

2 Registration & Account Management

Each player is fully responsible for their own account at 99mb. The following are important rules regarding registration and account management:

• One Account: Each player is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, MyKad number, phone number, and email address.
• Password Security: Players are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. 99mb will not be held liable for any losses resulting from password disclosure.
• KYC Verification: Players may be required to submit identity verification documents (MyKad, bank statement) before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Information Updates: Players are required to notify 99mb of any changes to their personal information through the customer support channel.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of RM10 per month or closure, depending on the account balance. Players will be notified in advance before any action is taken.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

99mb provides a variety of safe and convenient deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Malaysia. All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Matching Account Name: The bank account or digital wallet name used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name on the player's 99mb account.
• Daily Limit: Daily withdrawal limits may vary according to the player's VIP level. Diamond VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits compared to standard members.
• Additional Verification: 99mb reserves the right to request additional documents to verify transactions exceeding certain limits as part of our standard security procedures.
• No Hidden Charges: 99mb does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4 Bonus & Promotions

99mb offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer. The following are general guidelines that apply to all bonuses:

• Rollover Requirement: Most bonuses require players to meet the rollover requirement before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover rate ranges from 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type.

5 Game Rules

All games on the 99mb platform are conducted in accordance with fair and transparent rules. The Random Number Generator (RNG) system used has been certified by internationally recognised independent testing bodies.

• Final Decision: All game results are final. In the event of any technical error or system disruption during gameplay, 99mb reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the player's wager.
• Technical Failure: 99mb is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection issues on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before playing.
